Slydepay error/ warning messages during integration

During your Slydepay integration, you may encounter some warning/error messages. Below we look at what these messages mean and what actions to take;

You are in Test Mode

You see this warning message when your Slydepay account has API Integration Mode enabled. Test Mode allows you to test the integration without having to use actual money.  Until your account is activated to receive payments, you need to keep your account in Test Mode.

If you are satisfied with the integration and want to go live, you will have to send an email to support@slydepay.com.gh; adding your Slydepay account email. Our Support team will get back to you on next steps.

This merchant account has not been verified

This message is shown when your Slydepay account has not been activated to receive  payments, and API Integration Mode has been disabled (as stated above).

To activate your account, you will have to send an email to support@slydepay.com.gh; adding your Slydepay account email. Our Support team will get back to you on next steps.

You have reached your card limit

Your customers might see this warning message when they try to pay on your website, when they are trying to pay with particular debit/credit cards and your Slydepay account has not be enabled to receive international payments.
You will be required to send an email to support@slydepay.com.gh, requesting for your account to be enabled to receive international payments.
